This Just In.......
Breaking news - and yet, no one let me know about it and I had to find out for myself. There are sheet sets available in POLAR FLEECE. I got a set for youngest DD to give her when her birthday gets here, and I am going back to get a set for myself. I don't like the feel of flannel and cotten in winter always feels chilly, so this seems like a miracle product. I have been fondling the set I got for DD and it is soooo soft. And since the fleece does not pill, well - I look forward to my new set soon.
The lobster dinner is set for Thursday night and I will pick the critters up in the afternoon. DH has agreed to do the lobster cooking, as I cannot put them in the boiling water, so I will man the barbecue while he does that. So, like Bob, if you're coming, bring your plate and appetite. I think I will just do a small cake for the three of them for dessert. They shouldn't need too much by then, so if you can't make it for supper, there should be cake left over.

Lobster and Cake! I'm coming, too!
Funny, last month I said to Chris, "They should really make fleece sheets, but I bet they might be sweat inducing."
So let me know if they are indeed sweat inducing.

I am still hotflashing at night so polar fleece bedsheets sound like torture to me.
I stopped eating lobster the day I first saw one boiled alive. Since then I have heard that you should put the living lobster into your freezer for 20 minutes, which will not kill it but does inactivate it so that when you take it out and toss it into the boiling water it dies before it has time to "wake up" and suffer. That sounds reasonable I guess. Of course who knows how much it suffers being chilled.
Make a big cake. I like cake.

Let us know how you like the polar fleece sheets. I don't like getting into a chilly bed.
I'm all for cake!!!
I'm all for cake!!!
Great to see you back. I was wondering about you.
My BP is also low most of the time. Lately it's been a little higher 108/70.
Fleece sheets - that's an interesting thought!

Did someone say cake?
*grabs fork and runs out the door*
I like to be a little chilly when I sleep, so I don't think I'll be purchasing any fleece sheets. I do love my fleece blankie though.
