I L.O.V.E. TV
What a great time of year. The new fall shows are beginning and while I have missed some, there looks to be promise in what I have seen.
Smith - Ray Liotta can do a criminal in his sleep. This one could be interesting with the juxtapostion of criminal and family man. And what's with his wife - she seems to be on parole for something and seems suspicious of something.
60 Sunset - Apart from too long a title, the opening was okay, so I will give it a shot for the next episode. I'm not totally sure yet.
Thursdays - goodness they have filled them up. Grey's Anatomy starts tonight, Survivor is on and CSI is a Thursday staple. I am grateful for the time shift option with a satalitte dish.
Sunday - Desperate Housewives comes back this Sunday, and Amazing Race is on.
Dancing with the Stars - Mario and Jerry? Who would have thought?
Anything looking particularly good to you?

I tried to make a list of the new shows I wanted to check out. I lost the list and, quite honestly, have been falling asleep early this week. I wanted to see 60, I'll never miss Grey's.
There is good and bad to the mind going. Good is that you don't often remember the bad. Bad in that when you remember the good, you forget how good it was!!
It's cold here today - high 60's F.

I like Justice, and Jericho started out like it might be okay. Criminal Minds was lovely - you know, in criminally demented sort of way.
I didn't watch Smith or 60 Sunset. CSI premieres tonight, right?
Finally, I am saved from watching reruns of Flip That House on HGTV!

LOL at Swami. I also have been watching Flip this House and House Hunters.
I will always watch Survivor and Grey's Anatomy. I told DH that we must get Tivo so that we can watch CSI. I didn't get to watch the premiere last night.
We also watched Jericho. I will give it another shot.
I wanted to watch Smith. Did it start already? I love Ray Liotta.
I'll have to look up the 60 Sunset thing. I forget what that was about.
Of course, I cannot wait for the Lost premiere. That's my fave show.
I watched TAR and hope to get back into Desperate Housewives. Are they on at the same time?
MUST.GET.TIVO!!!! Too many shows, so little time. I LOVE IT!

Oh yeah. I decided to boycott Dancing with the Stars because Tucker and Jerry were on it. Tucker's gone but it looks like Jerry may be in it for the long run due to his popularity. At least that's what I heard on Extra. *blech*
I am very glad that Tucker is gone. I missed the first hour of ep one so I never did see him dance, or whatever he called that sit-in-a-chair-and-squirm thing he evidently did.
I have never seen the Jerry Springer Show (shocking, I know.) On DWTS he seems okay for the token old guy. His partner is gorgeous!
Mario has such cute dimples. He's jailbait for me - but dang is he cute!

Fortunately for Canada, both CSI and Gray's are carried by CTV, so there is no scheduling conflict since they follow each other on our channels. Then I can watch the early edition at 6 of Survivor on the Newfoundland channel. Toss in an episode of My name is Earl for seasoning, and last night was totally tasty.
I am overwhelmed with all the new shows right now, but loving it at the same time.
I can't even list them all. There are soooo many. There was one on last night (6 Degrees) that I was looking forward to. I haven't watched my tape yet.
I'm kinda wishing I would've watched Studio 60 because it seems like a lot of people are digging it. It just didn't seem interesting to me, but maybe I'll give it a shot. I always end up missing out on the good shows (joined Lost and Grey's late).

I just watched my recording of Shark. I liked it too. Something has got to give here because I can't possible follow tht many shows!
Tom's fav - Numb3rs - premieres tonight.

The only shows I'm watching this year are TAR, of course, ER and Gilmore Girls. ER was fabulous last night! For a few years it wasn't great, but last season was and this season looks to be good too.
TAR is a must see! :)

So far I've seen the Thursday night run and I'm loving it. Beyond that...I have no clue what's on tv.
ack! We watch so much tv and every single new show we checked out looks good. It's becoming a problem. I'm very happy that What About Brian is coming back. I really liked that and feared that it wouldn't.
I used to make a list of the shows I wanted to watch each season by date & time. I never ended up using it, so I quit making them. Now, if I happen to have the tv on & surf the channels, I'll sometimes catch the new stuff. Studio 60 was one of those happenstance catches last week. It was ok, but long.
Lost starts next week! Yay! How I Met Your Mother has been great. Yay!

I am considering ditching LOST because I like Criminal Minds and Justice (both up against it) more. LOST got me so annoyed so many times last year! I told Tom the sensible thing to do is just wait for the DVD of the season so you can watch the shows in order without all the stupid, random repeats. Plus I can fast-forward everytime whatsisname yells "WAAAAAALT!" I hate that; I wish someone would off either the dad or the kid so nobody has to yell WAAAAAALT ever again.
I tried watching Jericho last night but turned it off halfway through. I get all skeevy watching movies/shows about the after effects of a nuclear bomb.
I watched Shark last night Swami. Great. Another one to try to see on Thursday nights. (But it was good)
LOL Swami. DH & I were talking on the phone after the show and laughed that Atlanta was nuked. Atlanta is always one of the top places to be either nuked or have a virus spread.
I think I need to move in with you Swami :-)
