Grrrrrrrr

Stoopid lawn mower. Whose brilliant idea was it to put the spout thing into the oil reservoir where it could be caught by a stray tree branch and just popped right out? Oil all over the place, a panic-y DD mower and a guilt trip. I did pop the darn thing back in, but I think it squished the seal cause it still leaked - so my repair job was not up to snuff. Do I tell DH or just sneak it into town and have it fixed? He will blame the DD mower for not taking care and on some level it would just be easier to get it fixed. Any suggestions?

Comments:
DH can probably fix it for little-no money, although I understand the desire to completely avoid the whole conversation. Thus, it's a toss up!

Good luck! *Hugs* to DD.

I'd probably tell him, but that's just me. You know which way you would decide already, likely, so go with that.

**evil laugh** The guy at the repair shop told me how to fix it, so I will and after it is fixed, then I'll tell DH what happened. A simple solution.

Yay!!! Glad it's not serious!

Now? You can tell DH of the mistake and also that you were able to fix it yourself!

*pats Survey on the back*

Good job!

But now he'll expect you to fix everything!

I am the queen of fixing anyway, Puffy. And the fix worked. The rest of the lawn is done and the explaination went smoothly.

Life is good.

I tend to fix most things also. Good jub SS.

I just read all your posts - wow. You are a very special person!!!

*gazes at Survey in awe*

You're my hero *grin*

I often think that I need to start learning things like that, or using power tools, just so that I can feel a little empowered.

Besides, I think I'd look awesome in a tool belt :-)

Drive it off a cliff? (not with you on it of course) and tell him it was stolen.

Take it to Kim's house and switch it with Nolay's.
