There's always a little drawback with the good
The grass is growing nicely and everything looks so fresh and green. I need to bring the lawn mower out.
DH has the boat out, getting ready for the first time out on the long weekend. He is going to use all my hot water tonight, washing it (which, since it is a boat and goes in water, I have a hard time understanding, unless it is just one of those guy things.).
Blankets can be hung on the line in the sunshine for that oh so freshness. But not today cause they are doing the fields around the house and the dirt from the cultivators will blow all over them.
The leaves are coming out on everything and the new shoots are shooting up. I need to bring the hedge clippers out.
I got my car back with a door that was hit in a parking lot completely repaired and looking new. But when I pushed the switch to lock the doors the passenger door did not lock so I will have to take it back.
The wind has finally died down and it looks like tonight will be perfect for a barbeque. But I will have to dig in that overly full freezer to find what I want to cook – it may be that I just take the first acceptable meat I find, kind of like a treasure hunt.
Any more?

Do you dry all your laundry on a line too? Weather permitting of course. I never do that.
My DH washes the boat too, with extra care given to the parts that are always below the waterline. He just scrubs away down there! I don't get it
We have already mowed out lawn once! This is the first time we have mowed before the neighbors have. When you buy a man a riding tractor-style mower he is more likely to use it, I guess.
*hopes you find a big fat steak*
*one with no freezer burn, lol*

That is kind of funny that they have to wash the boat only to put it in the water. *giggle*
Sorry you have to bring your car back in. What a pain!
We aren't allowed having clothes lines here. I miss the smell of sheets after they've been hanging outside in the sunshine.
MMMMMMMMMMMMM bbq! I'd love a bbq chicken kabob YUMMY!

But when you hang the clothes on the line they aren't as soft, or are they. I know when I hang dry some things they are all stiff-like.
LOL at Nookie not being able to hang clothes outside. I doubt if we can either. We can't even have a fricking pool!

Swami - I usually only hang the blankets in the summer months. When they are stuffed in the dryer, there always seems to be a dampness left where the creases are, cause they take up so much room.
BBQ is looking like pork chops. But they are nice fat ones that can be stuffed.
Lasann- If things are hung on a day with a little breeze they don't seem to be stiff. And if I'm going to put them out I also use downey in the rinse.
